Tasting note
Ruby red, complex, fruity and spicy bouquet of cherries, pepper, vanilla and cinnamon, very elegant and rich on the palate, good structure, great roasted aromas, chocolate and sweet tobacco stick to the long finish. Great class!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with entrecote, game, pot roast, grilled meat.
Vinification
Aged in new and 1-year barriques, separated by variety, for 12 months. This is followed by the assemblage and aged in the bottle for a further 6 months.
