Tasting note
Color: Clear, dense ruby red with purple reflections. Aromatics: Medium-strong ripe, spicy aromas of dark wild berries, tar and cloves. Body: The very long start combines with the tannins of the present acidity and the slight sweetness. The aroma of smoke, slightly herbaceous tannins and dark wild berries is noticeable in the aftertaste. Quality: A round, harmonious, youthful wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with spare ribs on a sweet and spicy marinade or cheese.
