Tasting note
The nose reveals a very intense, sweetish-fruity aroma (apricot, white peach). The sweet start is exciting. The crunchy acidity comes into its own as it progresses. On the palate, there is a successful interplay of sweetness and acidity and gives this Pinot Blanc a great character. The finale, of considerable length, is straight and consistent. Conclusion: A fruity Pinot Blanc that pleases and is a pleasure to drink.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with apéro, aperitif, vegetable dishes, fish terrines, vegetable soufflé, herb omelets and asparagus.
Vinification
Aged in stainless steel tanks without biological acid degradation.
