Tasting note
In the glass, the wine shows a bright, ruby red color. The bouquet is intensely aromatic and tart, with notes of red currants, tomato leaf and black pepper. On the palate, it impresses with its classic structure, lively acidity and distinctive fruitiness.

Goes well with charcuterie, cold meat platters and roast beef.
Vinification
The grapes for this wine come from carefully selected vineyards in Stellenbosch. After manual harvesting, the grapes are carefully processed to preserve the typical aromas of Cabernet Franc. Fermentation is temperature-controlled, followed by aging in stainless steel tanks to accentuate the freshness and purity of the fruit.
