Tasting note
Mirabilis Branco comes from centuries-old vines with very low yields in soils above 650 m altitude. The aromas are naturally underlined by aging in oak barrels and result in intense fruit. A wine of great elegance, in which the freshness, structure and acidity are in harmony.
Vinification
10 months in French oak barrels (80%) and cement tanks (20%).
