About the wine
In 2010, Stephen and Jeany Cronk founded the Mirabeau winery, which is now known as one of the most renowned wineries in Provence. With great passion, wines are produced here that impress with their excellent quality, elegant style and the characteristic freshness of Provence. The award-winning Pure Rosé gives every occasion a special touch and underlines the high level of workmanship of the winery.
Tasting note
Pure finesse, from the silky, slightly silvery rosé color to the thousand facets of its bouquet, with fragrant citrus fruits, pink grapefruit, a touch of red summer berries. Finely aromatic and almost irresistible, with fresh acidity and an elegant finish.
Culinary recommendation
This rosé goes well with seafood, grilled fish, summer salads and light Mediterranean dishes. It is also an excellent choice as an accompaniment to sushi, Asian dishes or mild goat cheese. Perfect for warm summer evenings!
Vinification
Maison Mirabeau harvests the grapes early in the morning. By harvesting in the cool hours of the night, the maximum freshness can be extracted from the grapes. They are then immediately gently pressed to the exclusion of Sauertsoff, some also cold mashed and fermented at controlled temperature.
