Mirabeau Dry Gin is basically a classic London (dry) gin. And yet everything is a bit different here. It owes its soft and delicately fruity palate to the 100% grape alcohol, which Maison Mirabeau uses as base alcohol. Lemons and coriander give it the fine citrus freshness, iris roots and angelica slightly floral and earthy notes, underpinned by the floral notes of the flowers of roses, jasmine and lavender, which are only sparingly added. Laurel, thyme and rosemary complete the range of aromas with typical Provençal herbal notes. The harmonious fusion of these diverse components gives the classic dry gin a pleasantly mild character that can be enjoyed beautifully pure. Be sure to try it!
