About the wine
Rosé: Who doesn't think of Provence and Château Minuty. The château on the St. Tropez peninsula has been winegrowing since the 18th century. In 1936 Gabriel Farnet took over the estate and made Chateau Minuty the rosé of the Côtes de Provence. In 1955, the great efforts were rewarded and Château Minuty was classified as one of only 23 companies as Cru Classé of the Côtes des Provence. To date, the estate has grown to over 80 ha of vineyards. Lucky, because that's not just how you hear about the rosé, you can also drink it.

Tasting note
MINUTY M stands for pure pleasure, pure Provence and pure minuty in one bottle. Pure pleasure due to its natural and carefree nature. Pure Provence due to its selection of grapes from all terroirs of the appellation of origin, from the coast to the hinterland to Sainte-Victoire. Pure Provence based on the bottle design, which was invented and designed in the 1960s by Monique Farnet, the mother of Jean-Etienne and François Matton, and updated in 2014. The entire region has adopted the revolutionary bottle shape, which proves that the Matton-Farnet family has always set the standard for Provence wine. And last but not least, pure minuty, because the wine embodies the style of the winery with its intense aromas paired with light taste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pistou (Provençal vegetable soup), salads, grilled food, shrimp skewers, apricot tart.

Cold pressing and fermentation, no malolactic fermentation Direct pressing, strict purification and fermentation at low temperature.
