Tasting note
Presented in an intense ruby red hue. On the nose, a complex bouquet of ripe red berries, dark cherries and fine spicy nuances unfolds, accompanied by subtle floral accents. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and harmonious, with well-integrated tannins and a balanced acidity that results in a long, elegant finish — an impressive expression of the Mediterranean terroir.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled meats, game dishes, hearty stews and aged cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and gently fermented in traditional copper kettles to optimally extract the pure fruit aromas. The wine is then aged in a balanced combination of large wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks.
