Tasting note
The Minami II cuvée is a wine whose intensity stands out in all aspects. It has a deep red color with violet reflections. The nose is very aromatic, full of ripe red and black fruits, perfectly complemented by balsamic and spicy notes as well as subtle roasted aromas. The palate is expressive, very voluminous and balanced, with memories of ripe fruit and spices.
Vinification
Both varieties are fermented separately in 11,000-liter stainless steel tanks and in new 500-liter French oak barrels. Subsequent ageing for 12 months in new and used French oak barrels.
