Tasting note
The classic Chardonnay from the Milmanda winery! Rich gold in the glass. Subtle, only a little wood embossing, after spending time in the glass, showing a beautiful, elegant bouquet with lemon, flowers, honey. Soft and slightly creamy structure, mild acidity, beautiful fruit on the tongue and lingering for a long time. A Chardonnay with an initial understatement, then slowly but steadily increasing, perfect with a nice meal!
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: Drink this white wine at a slightly chilled 8°-10°C. The following period is the ideal phase of enjoyment of this wine: Now until 2018. Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Goes well with fish with herbs, soft cheese and truffles.
