Tasting note
Shiny citrus color On the nose, aromas of citrus fruits, as well as toast and biscuits. Soft, creamy, sweet on the palate, yet fresh acidity is well integrated. The aftertaste is long and harmonious.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for sparkling wine is a slightly chilled 8°-10°C. The recommended drinking phase of this wine is 3-5 years. Flaschenpöstler recommends this Millésime Bruto for oysters, appetizers and crustaceans.
Vinification
Ageing in stainless steel tanks. 2. Fermentation in the bottle at a temperature of 15/16° for 45/60 days, then aging in the cellar for 18 months.
