Tasting note
A single-varietal Chardonnay with grapes from the “La Chapelle” and “Les Chaillons” plots, aged half in barrels and in steel tanks. Disgorged after 60 months of bottle aging. The nose shows typical Chardonnay aromas of juicy peaches, citrus fruits, some star fruit and apricots, plus finely spicy minerals, framed with notes of white flowers, roasted nuts and a delicate vanilla touch. On the palate, with good pressure, nice freshness and a fine, yet delicately spicy melt. Produced exclusively in Magnum. Only 309 pieces.
