About the wine
Treat your guests at Christmas dinner with this provocative Merlot 2017 — Mille 1. The fertile and enchanting landscapes of Lombardy give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Pratello conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience if you offer this Merlot with slightly spicy red meat or poultry.
Tasting note
The new Mille 1 is also incredibly fun! The aromas of lingonberry and sour cherry are joined by those of cassis and oriental spices. Its intense fruity-spicy taste is supported by pleasantly ripe tannins and mild acidity. Even without food accompaniment, this wine is wonderfully easy to enjoy.
