About the wine
Cuenca is located in Landete, between three provinces: Valencia, Cuenca and Teruel at 900-1100 meters altitude. The property has a total area of 120 hectares. The philosophy of Altolandon is to produce quality wines from excellent grapes. The focus is on careful use of nature.

Tasting note
Light orange wine, aromatic with floral and tropical fruit notes. Dry, mineral and medium-strong wine with pleasant acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Thai dishes, curries and vegetable gratin.
Vinification
Fermented on the shells in 1000 liter amphorae with wild yeasts for 30 days. Then storage in stainless steel tanks. This natural wine is unfiltered.
