Tasting note
14 days of maceration in contact with the grape skins and 24 months of aging in wooden barrels give this white wine an unusually dark, almost red color. This gives the wine an extremely complex bouquet of red fruits, roasted almonds and licorice, a unique strong character and a smack-like, long finish with noticeable tannins.

Versatile with antipasti with smoked ham, white or red meat, or aged cheese.
