About the wine
If we can offer something special for Easter 2019, it's this dominant Shiraz 2008 — Midi Rouge VDT d'Oc. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the French winery Borie la Vitarèle masters this red wine in the sunny landscape of Languedoc-Roussillon. Tasting note
Midi Rouge is a new blend from Borie La Vitarèle. The wine comes from the best Syrah grapes of ancient gobelets, from old Carignan and from the best berries Mourvedre and Syrah from the Crès vineyard. The wine was aged in demi-muids (600l barriques). The spirit of Midi Rouge combines balance and concentration without too much heaviness and is based on the very great wines of the Priorat. >2038 (1000 bottles total production)
