Tasting note
Sophisticated, dry French rosé. Pale pink in the style of Provence, delicately scented of summer fruits (wild strawberries, citrus fruits and white peaches), cooled by the fresh sea breeze. The bright, elegant palate is refreshing, slightly tasty and appetizing at the same time
Vinification
Harvested at night until early in the morning, immediately destemmed in the cellar before the juice is gently squeezed gentle pressing and fermentation of the grain juice at a low temperature
