Tasting note
Microcósmico Tinto shines in an intense ruby red with purple reflections. The nose is dominated by fresh aromas of red berries, in particular raspberries and cherries, complemented by fine floral and spicy notes. On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively, with well-integrated tannins and a distinctive fruitiness. The aftertaste is harmonious, with a pleasant mineral freshness and a slight hint of pepper.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with grilled meat, Mediterranean dishes such as ratatouille, or even with spicy cheeses.
Vinification
The grapes for Microcósmico Tinto are grown in the vineyards of Valdejalón, a region in Aragon known for its hot summers and cool nights. After harvesting, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve the fresh, fruity aromas.
