Tasting note
Wonderfully intense nose of elderflowers, citrus fruits, Granny Smith, mango, passion fruit and some peppermint. Juicy on the palate with lovely freshness and an invigorating drinking flow. The aftertaste is medium-long and characterized by exotic fruit.
Vinification
After an extremely selective harvest, the gentle vinification takes place in the ancient underground cellars driven into the rocks. Of course, no additives are added to the must and the finished wines are neither refined nor filtered so that all flavors are retained in the wine in all their complexity.
