Tasting note
Intense pale yellow. The classic and harmonious nose bouquet is reminiscent of ripe fruits, vanilla and apricots. Dense and finely structured on the palate, lots of yellow fruit with spicy and citrus notes. Juicy mineral type with an ideal mix of generosity and liveliness due to well-integrated fruit acid. The use of wood is discreet and of the best kind. Very good, balanced and creamy wine that has great storage potential.

Goes well with fish dishes, white meats and medium-aged cheeses.
