About the wine
Treat your guests at Christmas dinner with this dominant Chardonnay 2019 — Meursault. This Chardonnay draws its strength and energy from the clayey, gravelly soils in Burgundy. Tasting note
Meursault's refreshing bouquet of passion fruit, peach and almond shows a complex aroma structure and lots of finesse. The dominant notes of lemon, lime and apple create their individual texture. Lean body and dominant acidity result in the fruity white wine, which shows a lot of character and class in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for white wine is a slightly chilled 10°-12°C. Flaschenpöstler tip: Meursault is ideal with goat cheese, fish with herbs and soft cheese.
