Tasting note
The one and a half hectares owned by Patrick Javillier consist of six small plots of land. The Chardonnay vines have an average age of well over 50 years and are located above Meursault, well ventilated, on soils rich in lime and minerals. The harmony in the wine is perfect, it is mineral, juicy and powerful, all Chardonnay, with bright notes, stimulating and mischievously flattering.
