About the wine
The calcareous, loamy soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground for this Chardonnay. The winemaker from the French winery Jean-Claude Boisset knows how to use them and delights us with this white wine. With this strong Chardonnay 2015 — Meursault "Le Limozin" AOC, the term flavor takes on a new meaning. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Chardonnay with goat cheese or truffles.

Tasting note
Color: Pale yellow with golden reflections Aroma: On the nose, intense and complex aromas of pears and lemon peel combined with notes of fresh butter. Character: Rich aromas of roasted hazelnuts on the palate and long-lasting aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with baked perch fillets with tartar sauce, juicy chicken breast with cream sauce and much more.
Vinification
Aging in French barriques for 18 months, 40% in new oak barrels.
