About the wine
Nice aromatic complexity, with subtle woody notes. Fine buttery aroma of white fruits (white peach). Fruity, generous with spicy notes (cinnamon, white pepper) of good length and generosity typical of the terroir.

Goes well with langoustines with saffron butter, marinated salmon, foie gras with gingerbread, fish tagine, cheese.
Vinification
Handpick. Traditional winemaking with local yeasts. Aging in old barrels for 10 months.
