When perfect physiological ripeness is ensured, the grapes for the 1er Cru Genevrières Meursault are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective grape harvesters.

Tasting note
The wines from Meursault are characterized by aromas and flavors of ripe melon, hazelnut and lemon cream. They are generally wider and more structured than the wines from neighboring villages. Ageing in 15-20% small French oak barrels gives the wines notes of toast and vanilla
