About the wine
Wonderful landscapes in Levante give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Mustiguillo conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Christmas 2021 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this dominant Shiraz 2018 — Mestízaje! Tasting note
Dark garnet red. On the nose, aromatic black wild berries and cherries in perfect ripeness. Fresh and cool on the palate, with subtle minerality and juicy acidity, with compact tannins and a pleasantly fresh finish. Once again, this is an absolute top vintage for all wines from the Mustiguillo winery!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with paella, Asian dishes, pasta, Japanese cuisine, light meals, aperitifs and tapas.
Vinification
Vinified in stainless steel tanks, then aged in French barriques for ten months.
