About the wine
In the local Piedmontese dialect, Mesdì stands for lunchtime and the southerly location of the vineyards. We only use autochthonous grapes from our grapes from our region, this is a line of easy-to-drink wines and true to local traditions.

Tasting note
Mesdì Rosé is a very pleasant, easy-to-drink, dry, dry wine with a seductive acidity. It has notes of attractive summer fruits such as strawberries Summer fruits such as strawberries, raspberries and currants. Perfect as an aperitif, with light meals or simply to accompany a warm summer day.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light antipasti, fresh seafood and summer salads.
Vinification
The Nebbiolo grapes are carefully picked by hand and gently pressed. The brief maceration on the skins gives the wine its soft pink color and preserves the fresh, fruity aromas. Fermentation is temperature-controlled in stainless steel tanks to preserve the elegance and vibrancy of the grape variety. The wine is then aged on fine lees for a short time before being bottled to maintain its freshness and harmony.
