About the wine
In the local Piedmontese dialect, Mesdì stands for lunchtime and the southerly orientation of the vineyards. Made exclusively with autochthonous grapes from our region, this line of easy-to-drink wines is generous and true to local traditions.

Tasting note
Without the influence of oak wood, Mesdì bianco is a refreshing, easy-to-drink wine with a touch of saltiness.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect for an aperitif or lunch.
Vinification
The hand-picked grapes are stored in a refrigerator at 5°C for a few days before being lightly pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 16 to 18°C. The arneis is then aged on the yeast in cement tanks with occasional refilling, while the Favorita is stored in stainless steel containers. After bottling in spring, the wine is left in the bottle for several months before it is on the market.
