Tasting note
Concentrated ruby red The bouquet is extremely rich and combines dark fruit notes with aromas of precious spices, and subtle notes of cocoa and tobacco can also be discerned. The well-integrated roasted aromas harmoniously round off the multi-faceted bouquet. Powerful and luscious on the palate, Mèro remains extremely fresh thanks to its lively acidity and straight-line tannin and thus does not lose its elegance. A densely woven wine, long-lasting in the aftertaste and aftertaste.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested manually, in different stages, depending on the degree of ripeness. The aging in barriques (20% new, 80% second occupancy) takes around 18 months.
