About the wine
The world-famous Merlot grape, with its characteristic dark red color and soft, plum flavor, is pressed in our own wine-growing regions and gives it its unmistakable note. The name Merlot is related to the French word merle, which means blackbird, because of the characteristic color of the grapes.

Tasting note
Intense, vibrant ruby Dense, complex aroma blanket scent of small, red berries, blueberries, some undergrowth, light roasted notes, musk. An elegant start on the palate. Flattering texture Again, aromas of red berries, warm spices and subtle barrique notes. The aftertaste is aromatic, elegant and of good length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, lamb or oven-baked pollo.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are fermented in steel tanks for around 15 days. Biological acid degradation takes place at the same time. The wine is then refined in French oak barriques for 12 months.
