About the wine

Tasting note
On the nose, ripe blackberries, coffee beans and chocolate. The wine benefits from the warm 2023 vintage and impresses the palate with richness, density and concentrated aromas of dark berries and mocha toffee on the long finish. The present tannins are harmoniously integrated and give the wine a good structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with barbecues, stews and chocolate cakes.
Vinification
Aging in French and Swiss barriques for 12 months. Some of it is new wood.
