About the wine

Wonderful and sunny landscapes of Provence give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the French winery Domaine de Triennes conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
Wonderful aromas of cherries, blackcurrants and licorice greet the nose. A great structure, freshness and light notes of cocoa and tobacco delight the palate. A Merlot that is incredibly fun even at a young age.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Provençal cuisine, barbecues, veal, poultry, cheese
Vinification
The fermentation of Merlot grapes is carried out very slowly and takes 30-35 days. The wine is then aged for around 18-24 months in used Dujac barrels of two or three years and bottled unfiltered.
