Tasting note
A fruity, balanced, fresh black-red wine. Its bouquet is quite strong and complex; it smells of blackberry, blueberry and some dried fruit, toast and smoke and herbal aromas. A nice freshness, pleasant tannins and a harmonious, full-bodied structure are noticeable on the palate, the fruit aroma is very present here.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with veal with light sauces.
