Tasting note
Merlot from the Palatinate? The Emil Bauer & Söhne winery also achieves this in a convincing way. This Merlot is a full-bodied, full-bodied red wine with very soft tannins. Tastes of blackberries, cherries and blackcurrants and impresses with a round finish. The wine perfectly accompanies beef, lamb, game dishes and cheese.
