If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this provocative red wine 2018 — Merlot Stellenbosch. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the South African winery Dornier masters this red wine in the fertile and sunny landscape of the coastal region. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this Merlot with duck or poultry.

Tasting note
Aromas of ripe, red fruits dominate the nose with fine notes of cloves. On the palate, pleasant aromas of mocha, cedar and cloves. Excellent structure and balance Well-rounded acidity allows for a fresh, long finish.

Vinification
Fermentation in open steel tanks. Aging for 16 months in French barriques (30% of which are new).
