Tasting note
Sparkling rich ruby red The superficial fruit of blackberries and cranberries is combined with the herbal aromas of mint and eucalyptus and is complemented by a touch of black pepper to create a very multi-faceted bouquet. Thanks to a stable tannin structure and fruity aromas, Merlot can develop optimally on the palate and has a complex structure and a profound length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Mediterranean cuisine, game, fine cuts of meat, aged cheese.
Vinification
Mash fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures for 12 months, partly in large wooden barrels (50%) and partly in barriques (50%). It is assembled three months before the bottle is filled.
