Tasting note
Ruby red color of medium intensity. On the nose, it presents a delicate and fascinating bouquet. Fruity nuances with sweet almond and plum aromas. After a slight oxygenation, berry nuances emerge, among which blueberries and wild strawberries stand out. In the mouth, it is elegant and enveloping, characterized by medium structure and very soft tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with appetizers and first courses with meat. Fresh cheese, also made from goat's milk.
Vinification
Gentle pressing, 15-day maceration and temperature-controlled fermentation with local yeasts. Maturation only in steel tanks.
