Tasting note
This fruity, balanced and fresh Merlot enchants with ruby red color and a subtle bouquet of dark berries and vanilla, followed by notes of cherry and dried plum. On the palate, the wine is fresh and dry, with tannins present. On the palate, it is harmonious, full and soft. The back aroma again shows fruit and berry notes and light toasted notes of toast bread.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with veal with light sauces.
