Tasting note
The wine has an intense red color. On the nose, notes of berries such as blueberries and currants develop, mixed with aromas of mocha and vanilla. On the palate, it is strong and harmonious, with fine tannins and a long, fruity finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with beef tenderloin, grilled meat, game and cheese platters.
Vinification
The grapes come from carefully selected plots in Vaud. After the late harvest, they are vinified in the Morges winery.
