About the wine

Tasting note
Color: Rich ruby red with sparkling purple reflections, colortight. Aroma: typical bouquet, pickled cherries and plums, blackberries of cassis and blackberries, discreetly tart notes of ivy, subtly roasted, of wood, tobacco and smoke. Body: Long start, delicate on the palate with a wonderful cherry aroma, subtle acidity, velvety soft tannins, light dark aftertaste. Quality: Ideal food companion, an all-rounder that is fun.

Goes well with roast pork with plums, fried or grilled sea fish.
