Tasting note
Ruby red robe with purple accents. Delicate on the nose, with seductive aromas of red flowers, raspberries and sour cherries, followed by slightly earthy notes of licorice roots, undergrowth and snuff. Dynamic and balanced on the palate with good acidity. The pure finish is accompanied by a pleasant bitter note.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat and mildly aged cheese.
