Tasting note
Characteristic bouquet, soft with notes of plum jam, tobacco, hay and coffee. Dry, harmonious and soft on the palate, with spice and fruity aromas of blackberries and dark stone fruits.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with barbecues, poultry, medium-aged cheese and vegetable casseroles.
Vinification
Harvest at the end of September, temperature-controlled fermentation on the skins in stainless steel, with regular recirculation. After malolactic fermentation, the young wine flows purely by gravity into the aging cellar, where it matures in 25 hl oak barrels for about 5 months.
