Tasting note
This organically produced Merlot from Arínzano is ruby red. On the nose, ripe red fruits, some black olives and peppers. Plus a whiff of licorice. Sleek, fresh on the palate. Opens in a glass with a little bit of air and time.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect accompaniment to a juicy rump steak or a Côte de Boeuf.
Vinification
The Propiedad de Arínzano is located in northern Spain, between Rioja and Bordeaux in France. The history of the estate dates back to the 11th century.
