About the wine

Tasting note
Deep dark ruby red with distinctive violet reflections and a black core, color-dense. Delicious fruit of black berries, cassis, blueberries, fine roasted hints, smoky liquorice subtly nutty, finely vegetal. Pleasant, very long start, medium-bodied on the palate, aromatic and typical of the variety with a very long finish. Well-structured, drinkable wine, carafing typical of the variety promotes aroma formation.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with stuffed rabbit thighs with balsamic jus, duck breast, veal kidney piece in orange juniper coat.
Vinification
4 months in barrique.
