The winemaker from the Italian winery Azienda Agricola Ricchi is absolutely proficient in his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the enchanting and fertile countryside of Lombardy. Tasting note
A straw-yellow wine with golden shimmers. Intense and long-lasting olfactory sensations with highlighted warm notes of exotic, ripe fruits such as pineapple, banana and honey. Full-bodied and harmonious, the mouth expresses softness supported by a lovely freshness.
Culinary recommendation
Pasta, fish and white meat.
Vinification
After manual grape harvesting, they are briefly stored in small boxes to increase the sugar concentration. This is followed by soft pressing and fermentation at a constant 18°C. Fermentation is followed by ageing in tonneaus for 6 months.
