Tasting note
Shows a clear ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of red fruits such as cherries and raspberries develop, accompanied by subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it is elegant and balanced, with fine tannins and lively acidity, which gives the wine freshness and structure. The aftertaste is harmonious and persistent.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with poultry, Italian dishes of all kinds, vegetarian dishes and sausages.
Vinification
After careful handpicking, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in French oak barrels to give the wine additional complexity and depth.
