Tasting note
Dark, strong ruby. Complex aromas of sweet cherries, blackcurrant, vanilla and smoke. Full-bodied on the palate with pleasant tannins and notes of blueberries. Very long, beautiful, concentrated finish. The US magazine Forbes rates this wine among the 20 best in the world for less than £20, at Forbes you have to know, they have certainly tasted all the wines in the world - you can hardly screw the value of such “PRO” ratings better, but Forbes is certainly right about one thing, the wine is really good.
