About the wine
José Lovaglio wanted to authentically bring the different characters of his terroirs to market. The three resulting bottlings are very individual and come from different regions, locations and soils. The “Temple” stands for complexity and character, which is already wonderfully revealed in the spicy bouquet of this wine.
Tasting note
On the nose, notes of plums, black cherries, leather, graphite and smoky nuances. Powerful and firm in the mouth, the dark-berry fruit core is surrounded by fresh tannins, which has draft and a great drinking flow. Here, too, a lot of dark cherries are penetrating, followed by some pepper, cinnamon and cedarwood. Long aftertaste with depth.

Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Mendoza Malbec Anchoris Temple goes well with barbecue, well-seasoned red meat and stuffed peppers.
