Tasting note
Complex bouquet of black berries, spicy and woody aromas. Powerful, intensive start on the palate. Dense, complex body with a beautiful harmony of ripe tannins, juicy acidity, intense fruit aromas and finely integrated oak wood aromas. Long-lasting aftertaste, with lovely toasted notes.
Vinification
After the 14-day fermentation, it is aged for 12 months in French and American barriques and subsequent bottle storage.
